Remodeling of Q80 is finished so we will be back there for the October meeting.

Merry Wilkins and I had a great trip to Phoenix, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. It was exhausting but very interesting and fun. Arizona is a beautiful state and the freeways were beautiful and so clean. Then we came back to our trash and graffiti filled area.

A new board for 2017 has been proposed and will be announced at the October meeting.

Our Winter Luncheon has been set for Three Flames and sales will begin at the October meeting. Unfortunately, the tax increased.

Don’t forget they are renovating Room Q80 and the restrooms this month and we are meeting in the Banquet Hall. Use the entrance off Winchester Blvd north of Campbell Avenue. If you are not sure where it is, please check it out beforehand. You can also go the city of Campbell website and look up the site map.  Parking is limited over there. Lots of spaces require the “S” ((senior center) parking sticker. There are quite a few handicapped spots. If you are able, I suggest that you park in our usual area and walk across the campus. Get your exercise!     Are you saving that dollar or two in an envelope for the January luncheon? If you can, put in $2 per week and you’ll have your 2017 dues as well.
